日常生活においてICTは欠かせないものになった。しかし、日常的に意識することのない健康や医療と連続したICTサービスはほぼ皆無である。本コースでは健康や医療を日常生活の延長と捉え、これまでの保険システムという概念から、新しい社会基盤としてヘルスケアシステムをリデザインする。
　　本コースでは新しい社会基盤を構成するビジネスの創出とその運営シナリオとしての戦略、およびそれを実行する企業家のあるべき姿を探求する。具体的には、競争環境下で展開するビジネスの事例を履修生に配布し、予め与えた課題に関し履修生同士が討論をしながら進めるケースメソッド方式でクラスを進める。履修生は弁証法的効果を狙うケース討論を通じ、未来の先導者の必須条件たるアントレプレナーシップ、即ち善悪美醜を識別する鋭く豊かな感性と、他の人の異なる多様な価値観に耳を傾ける寛容性、そしてあらゆる抵抗・反対を乗り越えて行動し、結果を出す行動力を身につけることをこのコースの目的とする。

Japanese music, like Japanese culture, is often thought to be monolithic, but in fact there is and always has been great musical diversity within Japan. This course will give a basic overview of major folk, popular, and art genres currently performed in Japan and their historical relationships to one another and to the rest of the world's music. This course will include interactive components including workshops by guest performers. Students will also undertake research projects focused on a musical performance and present brief in-class presentations during the final weeks of class.

En esta clase exploraremos cuestiones relacionadas con las lenguas y sociedades del mundo hispanohablante, poniendo en uso las habilidades comunicativas adquiridas a lo largo del currículum de español de SFC.

Las Comunidades Nikkei en Latinoamérica y Japón

En este curso exploraremos las comunidades Nikkei en Latinoamérica desde una perspectiva histórica y cultural. Los estudiantes analizarán los antecedentes históricos de la migración japonesa en Latinoamérica, su asentamiento y el desarrollo de la comunidad. El análisis de los procesos históricos permitirán a los estudiantes comprender las características contemporáneas de las comunidades Nikkei en diferentes sociedades latinoamericanas. En la segunda parte del curso examinaremos la llamada “migración de retorno” a Japón. Este análisis tiene como objetivo entender las minorías étnicas, cuya migración temporal se ha tornado gradualmente en una estadía permanente.

A lo largo del curso consideraremos las principales causas y efectos de la migración, las características culturales de los inmigrantes y sus familias, así como los efectos de su asentamiento en la educación de sus hijos. Adicionalmente, discutiremos la identidad de los inmigrantes y la preservación (o falta de) su lengua de herencia.

デバイスや計算機の発展に伴い，人類が扱うデータの規模・多様性は増加の一途を辿っています．このようなビッグデータを管理するために，多種多様なデータシステムが研究開発されています．一見複雑なデータシステムですが，その基本は美しく単純です．本講義ではそれらの概念と技法を学びます．

他の先進諸国と比べて低い労働生産性、長時間労働、経営におけるダイバーシティの不十分さ等、我が国の経済また労働市場は多くの問題を抱えています。この文脈で、日本社会の現状と労働政策における課題と将来の方向性、とりわけ現在日本政府が進めようとしている「働き方改革」について深い理解を得るのが目的の授業です。

IoTやビッグデータといった、ネットワークを介してデータを収集し、計算資源を構築するサービスインフラが急速に普及している。これは近年クラウドと呼ばれていたネットワーキングとコンピューティングが融合されたインフラをさらに進化させたサービス形態であり、ネットワーク上に存在するソフトウェア部品や、ソフトウェアによって仮想化された計算資源を組み合わせて実現されている。
　そこで本講義では、従来のネットワーク技術とコンピューティング技術の基礎をおさらいし、その知識を基に両分野にまたがって構築されるインフラの要素技術を習得する。具体的には、ネットワーキングとコンピューティングの両方で利用される仮想化技術と、ネットワークを介して呼び出されるAPIの概念を習得し、サービスを構築するにあたっての最適な設計を実現する設計論と技術の選択について実習を通じて学習する。実習を含む講義であるため、コンピュータの初歩的な利用知識と、ネットワークとOSに関する基礎的な知識を習得していることが前提となる。
　本講義を通じて、これからのサービスインフラ構築に対応し、ICT技術を達成すべき目標のための武器として活用できる人材の育成を目指す。
