The international society is not almost similar to the domestic society. A state is a centralization society, the international society is a distributed one. Different legal systems between those two societies have been constituted based on those situations.
In this lecture, fundamental issues of the international law are explained to be able to arrive at the legal strategy. Therefore, many topics will be mentioned other than schedule in syllabus.
