Course Summary

The aim of this course is acquiring some general experimental procedures and knowledge for life science experiment. In this class, we perform cultivation of E. Coli, quantitation of extracted DNA and gel electrophoresis of extracted proteins, which are widely-used techniques in genetic engineering and protein experiment.
