Course Summary

To learn the basic concept of administrative law through examining specific issues concerning administration. In this course, we consider important items such as administrative discretion and administration by law. It also deals with matters relating to public policy such as private consignment, administrative regulation, social welfare, and urban planning. In addition, as the latest topic, we will set the theme of transportation policies such as drones (UAV) and autonomous vehicles (UGV). We will also explain new issues such as e-government. We examine the future direction of legal policy by analyzing disputes and current law systems.
