Course Summary

Among various environmental problems, climate change requires large-scale GHG(greenhouse gas) reduction in order to achieve 2C temperature goal under the Paris Agreement.

In this course, taking up the climate change issue as an example, students will review the plan of climate change mitigation in Fujisawa City, and consider further actions in different sector (transportation, houses, buildings, waste and energy) through group works. Through these practices, students will learn how to design a practical plan toward solution of an environmental problem.
