Course Summary

This course is about techniques and strategies for making presentations of academic nature. The main objective of the course is to strengthen academic communication competency.
The course is taught in English. The language components of the course are speaking, listening and open discussion. Students improve on these skills through weekly speech projects done either individually or in small group. At the end of the course, students will be able to argue and present their personal ideas in a manner that is academically sound and logical.
