▼研究会紹介
現場でのフィールド活動や実践を通じて、社会の問題を「教育」や「コミュニケーション」に焦点を当て、考察 していきます。主に7つのプロジェクトに分かれ、それぞれの分野や現場に応じた活動を展開しています。毎週木曜日の研究会の時間に加え、各プロジェクトの活動拠点である、幼・小・中・高等学校、児童クラブ等での教育活動を展開するプロジェクトや、長期休暇を活かした精力的なフィールド活動を行うプロジェクトなど、様々です。2020年度からは、COVID19下で、オンライン・オフラインのハイブリッド型で新たな概念でのフィールドワークに精力的に挑戦し、実施してきています。この状況下では、Stubborn Goal but Flexible Methodの精神が必須であり、その中で本研究会ではCreate the SHIN normalを掲げています。様々な不確定要素だらけの現状において、これまでに築いてきた関係性及びプロジェクトそのものの持続可能性とさらなる進化、普及を見据えて実践的研究活動に精力的に取り組んでいます。オンラインであっても如何に”人間味あふれる、生きたコミュニケーション環境を実現するか”というパイオニア精神にあふれるみなさん、 是非、自らの興味分野に合うプロジェクトを探し、New Originalを携えて研究会で自らに潜在する能力を最大限に発揮し、自分の限界を超えた、その先にある実践的研究活動に挑戦しています。是非、本研究会に現存するプロジェクトから自らの興味・関心に基づいた分野を見つけ出してください。 木曜3〜4限の授業時間を用い、長谷部葉子准教授による教育全体を統括する講義や、グループワークや輪読発表、個人プレゼンなどのワークを行います。それらに加え、時折ゲスト講師による講演を実施。外部の刺激を受け、それぞれの活動に活かします。 木曜5限に行われているサブゼミの時間では、前述のプロジェクトでのミーティングが行われます。各プロジェクトの詳細は、下記に記載します。 木曜6限には、リーダーミーティングを実施。各プロジェクトのリーダー、サブリーダー、SAを中心に研究会をより良いものにするために熱い議論が繰り広げられています。 原則として、履修者は個人プロジェクトを含め7つのプロジェクトのいずれかに所属していただきます。各プロジェクトでの活動を通して個人の問題意識を明確化し、各自の研究に繋げてゆきます。

グローカルイングリッシュプロジェクト（Glocal English Project）
▽ プロジェクト紹介：私たちグローカルイングリッシュプロジェクトは国内外の中学・高校生を対象に、大学生
それぞれの強みを活かしつつ、各校の特徴に合わせたワークショップを英語で行っています。参加者があら
ゆる選択肢に対して目を向けつつ、 “自分らしさ” に向き合うことを目指し活動しています。プロジェクトメン
バーは中学・高校生の意欲・関心の変化やワークショップデザインなど、それぞれ異なる研究テーマを設定
し、学校現場でのフィールドワークを通して研究を行っています。

当プロジェクトは月数回実施するフィールドワークの参加を必須としています。フィールドワークは各月の火曜
日（不定期）で実施されるため、メンバーは【火曜日3限以降】の授業を受講できません。その点も考慮の上で

Glocal English Project holds workshops in English at junior-high and high schools in and out of
Japan, utilizing the strengths of each university student and also tailored to the characteristics of
each school. As we hold the workshops, we try to encourage participating students to think about
their “identity” while turning your eyes’ to the wide world. The project members set different
research themes, such as changes in the motivation and interest of junior high and high school
students, and workshop designs, and conduct research throughout fieldworks at school sites.

コンゴ民主共和国プロジェクト(旧：コンゴ民主共和国ACADEX小学校プロジェクト)
▽プロジェクト紹介：本プロジェクトは、本塾英語科非常勤講師のサイモン・ベデロ氏の呼びかけのもと、「コン
ゴと日本が共により良い社会を目指す」ことを目的に、2008年に自立運営が可能な学校づくりをするプロジェ
クトとして始動しました。学校づくりを通じて培ってきた関係性を基に、現地のNGOや起業家、大学院生と
様々なプロジェクトが今まさに展開され始めています。実際に、専門性を持ってコンゴの国を動かしている人
たちとの協働を通して、コンゴに存在する社会問題への理解と、一筋縄では解決できない難しさ、そしてコン
ゴを通して俯瞰して日本を観られるなど数多くの学びがあります。2022年は、オンライン化で築いたコンゴと
のコラボレーションの土台を発展させ、個人の強みを活かした活動をすることを目指しています。新たな学生
が集結し、これまでの関係性を活動の下地として新体制で一緒に新しい活動を作っていきませんか。

Congo Project
This project started with SFC English instructor Simon Bedelo in 2008,originally as a project to
create a school in Democratic Republic of the Congo that can be operated independently. Our field,
the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is the second largest country in Africa, and we mainly have
been focusing on the field of Kinshasa which is the capital of DRC, pursuing our goal of “ To have a
better society in both Japan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.” Through the previous
activities, with various sectors such as Local NGO, entrepreneurs, students started working
together: collaborating to achieve the goal. Recently, due to the situation of COVID-19 and our
activities are online-based, yet all the sectors are passionate to maximize each potential. In 2022,
our goal is to develop the foundation of collaboration with Congo that we have established by
having online activities by making use of our individual strengths. We are looking for new members
that are willing to create new activities together under the new structure, using our past

コミュニティーデザインプロジェクト （Community Design Project）
▽プロジェクト紹介：SFCと周辺の地域が日常的に関わる地域性を創出することを目的として活動しているプ
ロジェクトです。「大学と地域が共に同じ目線で学び連携していくこと」、また「協働的”適材適所”」を理念に掲
げ活動しています。それぞれの好きなことや強みを中心に、メンバーや地域の方の特色を生かしながら関わ
ることを大切にしています。
2021年度は「みんなの食堂」という遠藤地域の多世代交流を目的としたイベントを対面で開催しました。ま
た、SFC高校の「環境プロジェクト」と毎週オンラインミーティングを行っています。2021年度春学期から「
SDGsマルシェ」という藤沢地域からSDGsの発信を行うマルシェの運営にも携わっています。日常的に縁側
事業「もんのきの家」へ伺ったり、野菜の収穫体験などで地域の生産者の方と関わらせていただいています。
さらに、特別研究プロジェクトの運営やSNS等での広報活動を行っています。
今後も授業以外に、みんなの食堂（2ヶ月に1回定期開催予定）、SFC高校の環境プロジェクトとの活動（日曜
隔週）を定期開催し、縁側事業もんのきの家（水曜3限）や地域の農作業に関わらせていただく予定です。ま
た、SDGsマルシェの運営、そのほか地域イベントに参加予定です。（感染症の拡大状況により内容が変わる
可能性があります。）

■Community Design Project
▽Project Introduction:
Our project aims to create an open environment between SFC and its surrounding districts (mainly
in Endo). To achieve this goal, we act upon these two main ideas which are, “Cooperation of the
university and the surrounding area of SFC(Endo) to build up the same perspective of
understanding” and “To find the right people in the right place”. While prioritizing the strengths and
preferences of those involved, we will focus on the interactions we have with the locals of the Endo
district as we make the most out of their characteristics.
In 2021, we held an event called “Minna no Shokudo” (a food event where we use the local food of
the Endo district) to promote multi-generation communication of the local community. Also, we hold
meetings with the “Kankyo Project” (in other words “Environment Project”), students of SFC High
School every week. From 2021, the beginning of the spring semester, we started to work for the
administration of “SDGs Marche” (an event to propagate SDGs from the Fujisawa district). On a
daily basis, we visit the “Moñnoki House” (community house of Endo district) and participate in local
farming activities with vegetable producers. Furthermore, we conduct extra-curricular projects and
publicity activities through SNS.
We hope to continue “Minna no Shokudo” (expecting once in 2 months), meetings with “Kankyo
Project” of SFC High School (every other Sunday), taking part in “Moñnoki House” (every
Wednesday around 3rd period), and to participate in the local farming activities. Also, we are
planning to continue partaking in the administration of “SDGs Marche” and join other local events
(unexpected changes may be made due to COVID-19).

Local Active-learning Project
▽プロジェクト紹介：私たちは、「教育」から取り組む地域づくりをテーマに、中学校や行政、地域の方々と協
力しながら、長野県木曽郡木曽町開田高原の小規模中学校の生徒を対象とし、活動しています。具体的に
は、異文化交流や地域理解の要素を含んだプログラムの企画運営、基礎学力向上のための学習支援等を
行っています。開田高原は木曽山脈の麓に広がっている自然豊かな高原で、「日本一美しい村」の一つに選
定されています。今年の夏には、中学校の総合的な学習の時間の授業内において、様々な分野で活躍して
いる社会人にオンラインインタビューを行う企画を実施しました。マナビバ（学習支援）では、自主学習サポー
トにとどまらず、オンラインツールを用いた講義・個別学習相談等を交えるなど、中学生に寄り添った学びの
提供を心がけています。また、役場の方々や学校の先生方、保護者の方々など、地域の方々ともしっかりと
コミュニケーションを取ることで、地域としてのニーズを聞き、地域に愛される活動を目指しています。

■Local Active-learning Project
This project is working on the community revitalization achieved through education. We are doing
many activities with junior high school students by collaborating with different kinds of people in the
region, such as teachers and local officials. Specifically, we plan and manage programs that include
elements of cross-cultural exchange and regional understanding, and provide learning support to
improve basic academic ability. Our field is Kaida Highlands in Kiso city, Nagano prefecture, and
was selected as one of the most beautiful villages in Japan”. This summer, we made a project in
which junior high school students have an interview with adults who are active in various fields.
Through MANABIBA (learning support), we are not only supporting self-study, but also trying to
deepen mutual understanding through lectures and individual learning consultations by using online
tools. Furthermore,We aim to make our activities loved by the community by listening to their needs
and communicating well with local people such as the town office, school teachers and parents.

・Should have enough time to stay in Kiso city in spring and summer vacation. (About 2 weeks)

羽後高校プロジェクト
▽プロジェクト紹介：
本プロジェクトは、秋田県雄勝郡羽後町に位置する秋田県立羽後高等学校を拠点に活動しています。町唯
一の高校であり、生徒数減少による廃校の危機にあるということから羽後町より依頼を受け活動が始まりま
した。
私たち羽後高校プロジェクトは、高校と地域と大学とが協働し、高校生の将来選択の幅を増やし納得のいく
選択のできる環境づくりを行うこと、そしてその中で高校生の「やりたいことをカタチに」することで「羽後高校
の魅力化」並び「羽後高校の存続」を目指しています。
具体的な活動として、総合的な探究の時間である「羽後学」の授業設計から運営、及び高校生へのサポート
を行なっています。
そこでは、身近な社会に目を向けながら“高校生が社会でどのようなアクションを起こしていけるのか”を探究
する場として、高校生自身の興味分野に合った、”主体的な学び”を実現するための工夫を凝らした授業設計
を心がけています。（例：自己探究・地域探究 etc.）
その他にも、高校生がオンラインでSFCに留学する「SFCオンライン留学」や、放課後の時間に高校生と密に
関わり、学外での活動をサポートする「みらいクリエイティ部」など様々な活動を展開しており、こうした活動の
中で多種多様な人や学びに触れる機会を設けることで“高校生の選択肢を増やす”ことを目指しています。
今後も地域住民、地域に根差した企業、行政、大学との繋がりを意識し、進学校やスポーツ強豪校に変わ
る、魅力ある学校のあり方を追求し、羽後高校存続を目指します。

■Ugo High School Project
The Ugo High School Project's field is Ugo High School in Ugo town, Akita prefecture, which is
known as a "Town of nature, Japanese dancing and snow". Ugo High School is the only high school
in Ugo town. This project started by receiving an offer from the town to prevent closing the school.
Our project's vision is that high school students will trust their own dethis vision by creating various experiences and opportunities for high school students. We believe
that our vision makes Ugo high school "attractive," and we hope that the number of applicants for
entrance will be increased.
Our main activity in the previous semester is "Ugogaku" which is a class on Inquiry-Based
Learning. We design and manage the class with the teacher, and support high school students. In
addition, we design online camp events for high school students and hold the event occasionally
after school. From the above activities, we try to achieve our visions.
We will continue pursuing our visions by communicating with the local government and residents in
Ugo.

ちびっこプロジェクト
▽プロジェクト紹介：
本プロジェクトは2019年9月に発足したプロジェクトです。小学生までの子どもたちを対象に、「子どもたち
一人一人が「自分」を知り、好きになり、強みを出せるようになる社会」をビジョンとして掲げ、活動していま
す。週に数回「学生ボランティア」として小学校に通い、そこでの印象や気付きについて議論を行う事などが
主な活動内容となっており、小学校では先生方のサポートや子供たちの学習補助を中心に行っています。私
たちの考える「学生ボランティア」は、必ずしも教員になることのみを目的としていません。それぞれの意図を
もった状態で学校現場と関わる存在を、「学生ボランティア」として捉えています。
子どもが大好きで、個人としても自分の興味分野に対し積極的に挑戦している学生が多く集まっており、お
互いの活動や議論からも刺激を受け学ぶことができるプロジェクトです。

Kids Project
This project was launched in September 2019. We target children up to elementary school age, and
visit an elementary school as a student volunteer, with the vision of “A society where each child can
realize their identity, what they love, and be able to express their strengths.”
Our project members go to elementary schools several times a week as “student volunteers” and
share and discuss what we felt during our activities as a “student volunteer”. In elementary schools,
we mainly support the teachers and help the children learn as student volunteers.
We think of student volunteers not only as steps to become teachers, but also as people who are
involved in the school site with their own intentions. We are a group of students who love children
and who are actively challenging their own interests as individuals where one can be inspired by

sites, and people who have the attitude to acquire multiple perspectives.
離島プロジェクト（旧：屋久島町口永良部島プロジェクト）
1.プロジェクト紹介
離島プロジェクトは2021年より始動したプロジェクトです。2010年より続いてきた鹿児島県熊毛郡屋久島
町・口永良部島をフィールドとした「屋久島町口永良部島プロジェクト」の活動に新たに、山口県熊毛郡上関
町・祝島での活動が加わる形で発足し、現在３名のメンバーがそれぞれの離島を含む地域との関わりの中で
活動を行っています。学生はそれぞれの地域にて数週間から一年間のスパンで滞在を行っており、中には剣
道部との両立を図りながら、合間を縫って滞在し、自身の強みである剣道を生かしている学生もいます。
過去、具体的な活動として、大学生や高校生を対象とした口永良部島で開催する研修プログラム、屋久島・
口永良部島の小中学生をSFCに招待して開催する学習合宿等の相互交流が行われました。
学生はまず、地域を「知る」ために暮らし・仕事をともにしつつ地域の人とコミュニケーションを取り、同時に、
そこで自分自身の喜怒哀楽を感じるとともに地域の人たちの喜怒哀楽も知っていきます。この「知る」を経て
地域の人たちと意思・意見を交換すること、そして学生自身の学び・気づきを地域の人達に伝えることを大事
にしています。その先に「地域の人と大学生が目指す未来を伝えあい、そこに向かって役割を持ち合う関係
性の構築」を目指して活動を行っています。
島はその地域に必要なコトを島にいる人自身が担っている場合が多く、そこでの生活を知り活動することは
「一社会に必要なこととは何か」・「何が暮らしを支えているのか」「自分のこの行為は誰の役に立っているの
か」といった「実感」を伴った学びにつながります。この「実感」は「島社会に対する実感」を飛び越え「自分が
生まれ育った地域」、「大学」、「大学のある都市部」への「実感」へと連鎖していきます。

でのコミュニケーションをとり「協働」して新しいことを創っていくという実践的な学びに関心のある学生のみな

Islands Project (former-name : Elove Project)
This project started in 2021, adding to the activities of the Elove Project, which has been running
since 2010 on Kuchinoerabu Island, Yakushima Town, Kumage-gun, Kagoshima Prefecture, with
new activities on Awajishima Island, Kaminoseki Town, Kumage-gun, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
We are working towards building relationships between local people and university students who
communicate their future goals and play a role in achieving them.
In many cases, the people who live on the island are themselves responsible for the needs of the
community, and learning about and working on the island is a practical research activity that fosters
a sense of ownership of society through hands-on experiences.
