Course Summary

RNA controls higher-order biological phenomena in a complex and precise manner. In this spring project, we will investigate how RNA and related biomolecules contribute to our respective research themes through experiments with both living organisms and computers, with the aim of deepening our understanding of life phenomena.
Specifically, we will conduct research on the regulation of gene groups or gene expression in various environments in Halomonas species, the development of artificial cells as biosensors, and the in vitro synthesis of long RNAs with hyper-repetitive sequences.
