Course Summary

The theme of this research seminar is "mathematics and computer" in a broad sense. In this semester, we will study (A) machine learning and (B) generative art based on mathematical principles.

In this semester, we will run a reading seminar where every student reads, writes and contributes to the discussion. The topics are subject to change, depending on students' background and interests. (A) reference (1,2) about TensorFlow.js + online material, (B) reference (4) about generative design + work production. Individual study is also welcome if you do not have enough background knowledge.

There may be lectures on background materials and relevant topics by the instructor or guest lecturers.
