Course Summary

This class provides an understanding of the methodology of qualitative research, where you will understand the basic process of social research through the actual small-scale qualitative survey. It is more important to understand how to see and understand things happening in our society than to know the technique itself.

The goal of this class is to learn the basic knowledge of qualitative research methods used in sociology and anthropology, and to understand the basic process of them through conducting small-scale surveys.
