Course Summary

This research project focuses on Cyber-Law issues. Network-related legal issues arise in a variety of new ways which are not covered within the current legal systems. This project aims to explore what kind of problems and issues will arise on networks and what kind of responses are needed, focusing on the legal aspects through case studies. Research will also focus on emerging technological developments and legal issues, such as the research and development of robotics, AI and cyber-physical systems (CPS), and examine the issues necessary for their implementation in our society.
