Course Summary

The purpose of this study is to contribute to solving problems in sports and improving performance by conducting research. Approaches for improving performance will be examined from various perspectives such as teaching methods, mental aspects, and conditioning. We will also consider improving the value of sports from a policy perspective such as sports policy.
