
In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, Japanese companies have been working to promote digital transformation (DX). According to a survey of private companies, the percentage of companies that have embarked on DX has reached 74%, an increase of 11% compared to FY2018. Among the DX initiatives, "customer-driven DX" is gaining attention in terms of customer acquisition and customer success.
