Course Summary

This special research project is comprised of the following three activities:
(i) Conduct a 3 nights/4 days fieldwork at Ueda city, Nagano Prefecture,
(ii) Co-write a new development proposal for the city under population decline,
(iii) Prepare for a presentation at the Public Policy Forum, the policy competition hosted by the Public Policy Studies Association Japan (PPSAJ).
