Course Summary

Through group psychotherapy, I want you to encounter your minds. It also involves meeting others. Such work is sometimes difficult and painful, but it is also meaningful. The experience of group psychotherapy is vital in my life, but I don't know if it is for you. So, if you're like, 'I don't want to get hurt!' I recommend that you don't choose this class (well, I don't want to get hurt either). You don't use your head too much but use the mind and body. This class requires active participation.
