Course Summary

We will collaborate with Iki City in Nagasaki Prefecture to conduct joint research and practice on organizational engagement and transformation. By analyzing data from an engagement survey conducted by Iki City from the perspective of the course participants, we will provide recommendations on future work styles and organizational structures. Additionally, we will conduct interviews with Iki City employees on-site and formulate further recommendations based on the insights gained from these interviews.
