Course Summary

This is an intensive course in with four classes per week designed for those students just beginning to study the Spanish language. We welcome students interested in Spanish and Spanish-speaking societies and cultures, as well as those aspiring to broaden their career options through the acquisition of this language. The Spanish courses at SFC emphasises the communicative aspects of the language, and requires active participation of students in classes. As this is an intensive course, the speed will be relatively high, and students are expected to dedicate sufficient amount of self-study time outside classes to assimilate the newly-learned expressions and vocabularies.
