Course Summary

This course will aim to acquire skills necessary fore security measures and mechanism and practice concerning mainly cryptographic technology, which is the central technology of the security field, and data management.
The course will explain various mechanisms for protecting data and its basic technology which is cryptography.
Explanations on cryptography technology will include details of each algorithms, points of special attention concerning generating keys and their handling during application of algorithms to various systems , and also knowledge necessary for handling of cryptography technology such as protocols for telecommunication.
Data protection and encryption technology plays an important role in the present and future information use, and students from a wide range of fields concerning information utilization are expected.
