Course Summary

Survey previous papers and analysis data to discuss datasets and methods used in analyses that integrate GWAS and transomics. Prepare for analysis using glial cell data. Learn transomics analysis methods by following up on experiments and analyses conducted by the instructor. In addition, practice programming (Python, R) and develop skills for data analysis and software development.
