Course Summary

Spanish Intensive 1 starts from the very first step, and aims to build a solid base of this language. This course advances with a fairly rapid pace of four classes per week, and corresponds to the level "A1" in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). We are experimenting with multi-language teaching, and are happy to accept GIGA students with developing knowledge of Japanese. We welcome students interested in Spanish-speaking societies and cultures, who wish to engage in multilingual education including Spanish, as well as those aspiring to broaden their career options through the acquisition of this language.
