Course Summary

Food is one of the fields where pioneering efforts are being made in Japan. In addition to themes such as health and the pursuit of good taste, primary industry and distribution are also important themes.
This workshop will deal with these broad "food" research themes. The topics will include "texture," "taste," "nursing food," "advanced agricultural production (smart agriculture)," "fresh food distribution," "food loss," "texture and taste," etc. (Interviews on research themes will be held with those who wish to enroll.
