Course Summary

This project will conduct research on the theme of how individuals, who are both residents and workers, should be proactively involved in industrial promotion as a survival strategy for local governments, and what role they should play in the success or failure of industrial promotion as a whole. Through this theme, we aim to delve into one specific relationship to understand the theme of this study group, "Considering the future of the relationship between individuals, organizations, and society with regard to work. Specifically, 1) each group will conduct preliminary research on the target municipality based on learning from previous studies, 2) fieldwork will be conducted by actually visiting the municipality in question to grasp actual conditions that cannot be seen through desktop research, and 3) a final report will be written. The target municipalities will be decided in the future.
