Course Summary

How to Revitalize An Abolished Primary School Buildings to Produee A New Value For the Promotion of The Hachinohe Local Area-
A Case Study How to Bring the New Wave of Educational Trend Based on The Uniqueness of the Area. We submit the plans to the city government to renovate the abandoned primary school building into a center of academia for the universities from all over the world. This project aims at not only establishing a center of academia in the local area but to innovate the mentality of both the local community and the newly joining academic community to achieve the sustainable, collaborative development of the area.
This project is a part of a series of courses for the students to pursue and realize their sustainable research project out of Kenkyukai . And this project aims at not only planning, realizing, modeling, managing to make a profit for the sustainability of the project. It is really a practical approach in reality.
