これまでSFCのスペイン語ではインテンシブ３をスペインでの海外研修で代替していましたが、より確実な中級スペイン語の能力獲得が可能となるよう、2017年度からキャンパスで1学期間のコースとして開講しています。インテンシブ２を修了した学生が次に履修するコースがこのインテンシブ３になります。インテンシブ３及びこれに続くインテンシブ４では、ヨーロッパ言語共通参照枠（CEFR）の「Ｂ１」の水準を目標とします。これは言い換えるならば、公的な場面も含めたよりフォーマルなスペイン語への入り口であり、またその人の内面のより深いところでやり取りができるようになるということでもあります。そのために、比較的複雑なコミュニケーション上の設定や、言語構造（文法）を扱います。履修する学生は、スペイン語を使って複数のタスクを完成しつつ、自分の外国語学習をマネージできる自律した学習者となることが重視されます。

Objective: To research and discuss issues of livelihood, enironmental resources, health, and migration within the ASEAN countries in the postwar and contemporary periods. The focus is on the issues that have arisen from the impact of economic development on local communities and ordinary citizens. Method: In addition to reading theoretical and critical works on development, there is weekly discussion based on the readings. We adopt a regional focus on Southeast and East Asian with successful and unsuccessful examples. There is also a practical and micro-level focus on the people and communities that are experiencing development themselves. After the mid-term, we explore various strategies for Sustainable Development and participatory development by looking at some current projects in Asia.
本科目英語主体です。授業目的は、、戦後から現在に至るアジアで行われた開発の理論や事業においての一般市民や共同体レベルへの影響の理解を身に付ける。とりわけ東南アジアや東アジア諸国の開発と国際事業・外部者の計画については、現地の人へ影響及ぼした失敗例や不利の原因を探求する。具体的には、先ず様々な国際開発理論や構想やこれらへの批判を把握したうえ、「参加型開発」と呼ばれるローカルな共同体での生活・生計、生産地の環境保全、移住労働、そして新たな雇用機会先でのジェンダーバランスに関わる自らの問題への答えや構想の構成について、研究して行く。
The purpose of the course is to approach human (in)security by examining the role of the state in its services to the people, the services that the state can provide and the extent to which the state services can reach out for its people. Examining risks presented to the individuals due to the lack of services and/or the limited coverage of existing services are also another focus of the course.
The role of the government (acting in the name of the state), theoretically speaking, is to design policies and offer services to its people and in return, people pay taxes in order to enjoy the services provided, that is, public goods. Depending on the extension of services it can provide can one state be considered either a night watchman state or a welfare state. How do the people carry out their daily life given the presence/absence of the protection from its state in certain area? Even where the state is involved, there is no assurance that such policies and/or services are comprehensive enough to cover everyone, or even effective for many. Furthermore, even with these problems, these policies and services may either give so little autonomy to their beneficiaries (people).
The course will use examples of health, police, education, etc as illustrations to examine how different types of states deal with each issue and how their approach influence the living of its people.
デバイス，ソフトウェアを問わず，モノ創りの基本は，発想・設計（Plan），プロトタイピング・計測（Do），評価・分析（Check），処置・改善（Act）を繰り返す螺旋状のプロセス（PDCA cycle）を実施し，完成度を高めることにあります．すなわち「試行錯誤」の実践です．この科目では，ある程度の「発想→プロトタイピング」の経験を積んだ学生を対象に，次回の発想・設計プロセスに繋がる「評価→改善」に重点を置き，モノ創りのプロセスを実践的に議論します．講義・演習は，3〜5セットを1クールとし，3〜4テーマ（調整中）によるオムニバス形式で進行します．各クール毎の自己レビュー，相互レビューとディスカッションを通して，自己表現手法と評価方法（質的考察力，量的考察力）の習得を目指します．
イタリア語ベーシック２は、ベーシック１と同じく、日本人とイタリア人の２名の講師が週2回の授業を交互に担当し、主に日本人講師が基本事項や文法の説明を行い、イタリア人講師がその応用練習をします。さまざまなシチュエーションからなる会話を中心としたテキストを用いながら、イタリア語の文法と会話の基礎をさらに固めていきます。また、ある程度まとまった量の文章を読む練習なども行います。文法事項としては、再帰動詞と補助動詞の直説法現在形、動詞の直説法近過去、半過去、未来形、そして命令法などを学びます。

本講義は政治権力を中心として見た現代中国政治史を論じます。中国という国をかたちづくっている中国共産党による一党支配という政治権力が、どの様に形成され、どの様な発展の経路をたどってきたのか、その特質を明らかにします。そして共産党による一党体制が持続することができた要因を考えます。中国が隣国であることは、日本という国をかたちづくる重要な要素の一つといえます。本講義は、中国政治外交への理解を深める機会であるとともに、国力を増大化させて「大国」意識を強めている中国に対して如何に向き合うのか、という日本外交と東アジア国際政治を考えるための基礎を学ぶ機会ともいえます。
